Websites for therapists & counseling practices
Reaching out to a therapist takes courage. We build websites for therapists and counseling practices that answer clients' questions up front and keep the Book button one tap away.
Every project starts with a free consultation and a free live demo. You only pay if you love it.
Try it
Type in your details and watch a real practice page build itself. Then press Book to see exactly what a new client would see.

I work with adults dealing with anxiety, depression and trauma.

Before and after
Serenity Path Counseling is made up, but you may have seen a site like it: a wall of text, no fees, and a phone number that goes to voicemail. Drag the handle to compare, or send in the crew.

Welcome!
Welcome to my practice. I am a licensed professional counselor with over twenty years of experience helping individuals, couples and families navigate life's many challenges, transitions and difficulties. My philosophy is that every person has within them the capacity for growth and healing, and I believe the therapeutic relationship is the foundation upon which this growth occurs. I draw from many theoretical orientations, including cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, existential, psychodynamic and solution-focused approaches, tailoring my work to the unique needs of each client. Together we will explore the patterns, beliefs and experiences that shape your life so that you can move toward greater peace, balance and wholeness in every area of your life.
For more information or to schedule an appointment, please call (555) 555-0182 and leave a message. I will return your call within 2-3 business days.

Beyond the mockup
Your free demo shows how your homepage could look and work. It's a small sample of what we can do. Here's more of what we build, and if you can describe something else, we can very likely make it.

Built for practices like yours
Moss is our inspector. Every practice site we build has to pass this list before it goes live.
Someone in crisis should never have to search for help.
Cost is one of the first questions new clients ask. We answer it up front.
The No Surprises Act notice for self-pay clients, written in plain words.
The Book button opens SimplePractice, TherapyNotes, Jane or whatever you use, so client details stay in your system and never sit in a website inbox.
Clients can see right away whether you're licensed where they live.
People looking for help shouldn't be followed around the internet for it.
Strong color contrast, screen-reader labels, and text that can be enlarged without breaking the page.
Many people look for a therapist on their phone, often late at night. Pages load quickly on a weak signal.
Privacy & HIPAA
There's no official "HIPAA certified" badge for websites. What matters is where client information goes, so we build your site to never hold any.
Pages explain who you are and how to get started. Nothing on the site asks about symptoms or history.
Booking, intake forms and secure messages run through HIPAA-compliant services, like your EHR, that sign a Business Associate Agreement with you.
We set up secure intake forms, BAA-covered email and cookie-free visitor stats, and explain what each one does. Add-on: $250.
We aren't lawyers. If your practice needs a formal compliance review, a healthcare attorney or HIPAA consultant should look over your setup.
Pricing
Every project starts with a free consultation and a free live demo of your homepage. If you don't love it, you owe nothing.
Our first practices get 50% off their website and three months of care free. In return, we ask for honest feedback and permission to show your site to others.

A typical solo practice site. Ryen meets with you, the crew has a live demo of your site up by the next day, and the finished site follows within a day of your final notes. Most of the week is yours to think it over.
Who you'll work with
Every project has one person you can call or text: Ryen. The Lugs handle the heavy lifting.
Ward Crew Web Studio
I'm studying to become a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, and one day I'll open a practice of my own. Until then, I want to help practices like yours feel as welcoming online as you are in session.
I'll meet with you, learn how your practice works, and stay your point of contact after launch. Need a change? Text or email me.

Six small workers who take websites very seriously. Their hat colors follow job-site custom: white for the foreman, blue for technical trades, green for safety.
Foreman · white hat
Runs the schedule and keeps the clipboard. Says "ship it" a little too often.
Painter · yellow hat
Picks calm colors and readable type. Will repaint one button eleven times.
Coder · blue hat
Writes the code and wires up your booking. Clean markup, zero console errors.
Inspector · green hat
Owns the launch checklist. Tests every page on old phones, slow Wi-Fi and screen readers.
Hauler · yellow hat
Moves your old content into the new site. Has never dropped a page.
Rookie · orange hat
New this season. Mostly carries snacks. Learning fast.
